How We Do It
Purchases will be shipped via UPS. You can expect your purchase to arrive within 3- 10 business days from receipt of your order. For an additional charge, we can expedite delivery to most destinations in 1-4 business days.

The shipping cost for your order is based on the total weight of the order.

Please allow up to 2 business days to process and pack your order.

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.

You may choose to upgrade the shipping method for faster delivery. Not all delivery methods are available to all areas.

Medium Flat Rate Shipping: Can ship up to 70 pound and we can really "stuff" that box!! Takes 2-3 days of shipping.

Ground or Economy shipping: Different costs depending where in the country you are and also, goes on weight & size of package. Takes package 3=7 business days to arrive..
Sorry, but at this time - we do not ship international.
RETURNS
Everything You Need to Know
We are so sorry that you are unsatisfied with your purchase! Please contact us by e-mail to start the process of a return.
Returned items need to be 100% intact and returned in their original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip. You can return items up to 15 days after the date we shipped your order. Shipping charges are not usually refundable.
Remember, we cannot accept returns without prior authorization.
If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please e-mail us and we will ship the correct item at no additional cost.

When your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment - this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package.
